The counselling is being conducted offline but, yes, you have to fill a counselling form by logging in through your credentials. after that you have to pay a tuition fee which will allow you to fill the choices for your selective fields. You will be called according to your rank and a number of procedures are going to be held:-

Yes you have to register yourself for the counselling. You have to open their website and go to the counselling portal. You have to login by using the email and password given by COMEDK as your login credentials and pay the tuition fees for enrollment. Then you will alloted seats according to your marks and your rank.
