"As per CAT 2014 Criteria you have to mention Aggregate percentage of marks for all subjects irrespective of your Board regulations". 

I would reccomend you to add all subjects that are mentioned in your marksheet to avoid any rejection in further rounds.

General rule states that you have to put in what is displayed in the result for example if the mark sheet says 400/500 provide that. Otherwise if it is given the other way then and only then go for best 4 or 5.

Otherwise while verifying your documents might be rejected.
