Although more and more entrances exams have gone online (computer-based) there are still a few entrances which give a choice to the students between paper-pen and computer-based mode. Since some students prefer and are comfortable with the paper-pen mode they opt for it. 
If you prefer Paper-Pen mode than go for that option else you may go for computer-based mode. The choice is yours. You need to select any one only.
