Every science theorem and concept is to understand rather than to learn it. You can understand it by simply following the theorem and practising more and more question on that topic. But to master the theorem you can learn as in exams like NEET is very necessary to save time in what ever way possible. The values are not that difficult to learn so you can learn it.
