It won't affect your fee reimbersment in any way if you have verified your income certificate or ration card during the document verification process before the web option entry of the first counselling.

No, You don't need to lose for fee reimbursement eligibility for getting seat in secound counselling of EAMCET. Those news all are fake. You are going to second phase of your own choice for your problems or interests, it doesn't show any effect on fee Reimbursement. All the Best.
