As your question is not clear but still I will answer as I understand. No there is no requirement of having MATHS subject in your 12th Or your graduation to be eligible to give Cat.

Any stream student can opt for the exam. Although the exam do consist of a Quantitative Aptitude section which you need to pass for securing a good MBA college through CAT.
