Hello.
If you are going for the April session of JEE mains exam, then the need of your class 12th admit card depends upon two ways one is if you have selected your year of passing intermediate then you don't need it and if you select appearing then you will have to give your admit card as a proof as you are actually appearing for the Class 12 exam.
