Hello, 

By the eligibility terms for BITS,  they just want that your aggregate in PCM/PCB must be 75% or above.  Along with that you must be scoring greater than 60% in each physics, chemistry and maths. 

So,  if find that you would satisfy the above criteria by improving these two subjects, then no need to do for all subjects.
