Yes students opting in CSAB special round need to pay additional fee even if they paid for Josaa counselling.

Incase you got seat in Josa and surrendered, in only that case you can have to pay 1500rs.

Yes in case you're looking to attend the mop up round or special round of jossa you need to pay its registration fee again it is not included in you registration fees Moreover if you have locked your seat then if you withdraw from it them you need to pay fine for that.
