Yes, you need to pay the admission and other fees that are demanded by the college if you take admission in any college taking admissions through JEE Mains after qualifying JEE Mains.

JEE Mains is an annual exam that is conducted by the National Testing Agency and the CBSE for admissions to undergraduate engineering courses in NITs, IIITs, GFTIs and other institutes. It also serves as the first stage for admission to IITs through JEE Advanced.

EWS is a new category that has been created by the MHRD for economically weaker sections. 10% seats will be reserved for those candidates whose annual family income is less than INR 8 lakh per annum.
