Yes . You will need your original Aadhaar card for TG EAPCET counseling . It is one of the mandatory documents for both certificate verification and the overall counselling process. You will also need to carry other original documents like your TS EAMCET rank card, hall ticket, SSC and Intermediate mark sheets, study certificates from Class 6 to Intermediate, and  a transfer certificate .
