If you have filled your NEET form using your updated Aadhaar card details but do not have the physical original Aadhaar card, there is no need to panic. Your e-Aadhaar, which is downloaded from the official UIDAI website, is also considered a valid government document as long as it is digitally signed and contains the updated information. Make sure you download the latest version of the e-Aadhaar and take a clear color printout of it. Along with your e-Aadhaar, you can also carry your Class 10th original marksheet as proof of date of birth and your original Class 12th admit card as an additional identity document, especially if it contains your photo and signature. Although your old Aadhaar card may not be useful if it has outdated details, keeping it as a supporting document may still help. On the day of the NEET exam, carry your printed e-Aadhaar, NEET admit card with a passport-size photograph pasted, one more passport-size photo, and any additional ID proof if available. In most cases, the digitally signed e-Aadhaar is fully accepted by exam authorities, but if you are still unsure, you may contact the NTA helpline to confirm.
