Yes, all IIT, NIIT and IIIT'S allow admissions to colour blind candidates. Color blindness is a disorder and not a disability which will largely affect your career. But yes, I advice you to stay away from courses such as mechanical engineering, chemical engineering, mining etc which may cause problems in your placements.
