Indian institute of Technology (IIT's) are the pride institutes of our nation offering Engineering course. Nanotechnology is one of the Engineering course only few Colleges provide it. IIT's won't provide BE in Nanotechnology But they provide ME in Nanotechnology. IIT Roorkee and IIT Delhi provide masters degree in Nanotechnology.

As far as I know, IITs offer Masters in Nanotechnology. Most IITs give PhD also on nanotechnology. IITB has very good facilities for nanotechnology. Check out their website.
