The syllabus of JEE main overlaps with that of Board syllabus. The topics are almost same anly the difference is of level. The level of questions asked in JEE main is a quite high when compared to that of Board. There is more of application and conceptual thinking required in case of JEE. But the topics are same, the theory remains same. Only thing you do extra is solve some extra books to increase you level of thinking. Although NCERT is recommended for both JEE main and board, there are some other books too that may be considered when preparing for JEE main. The link is attached below:
