Through NEET PG counselling most of the seats are filled in Medical Colleges. So without passing the cut-off marks Private Colleges cannot give admission. But may try for paid seats if it's available.

Cut-offs changes from year to year and depends on many factors like category, number of students appeared in the exam, difficulty level of the exam, number of seats available, etc.
