Most Public sector undertakings(PSU) in india require candidates to clear the GATE (Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering).

Age criterion is 22 to 40 years, depending on the organisation you are applying for after successfully clearing GATE.

Once a candidate clear basic eligibility then your performance in interviews and your Gate Score is taken in view for selection.

So only your GATE score and interview process is what you need to take care.
