Hi Daman,

With regards to the question I want to mention that yes you would require a password to log into the AIIMS exam site from your examination centre.The password would most probably be your date of birth and if not,then it is surely printed in your admit card of which you will come to know inside the examination hall.The invigilators will guide you.
