Hello there

Don't worry it doesn't have any expiry date or you need to renewal that. It is valid till lifetime.

But yes sometimes some of the officials asks for the certificates with the different format so what you can do ik such situation is to take print out of the certificate and make it signed by different authority and make the stamp on the certificate the latest one.
