Yes,  No college will deny you to pursue internship. Once you have fulfilled the minimum attendance criteria you can pursue a legal internship either with a lawyer at a law firm or in the court premises itself or at NGO like PUCL. You can also apply at the District Legal Services Authority of the particular state where you want to pursue internship.
