Every colleges have their own rules and regulations, their own terms and conditions. Almost all institutes provide scholarship to the particular students on the basis of their marks, category, income etc.

you have to check what your institute is providing you in terms of scholarship. if they select students on the basis of marks then you have to work hard and fulfill their criteria to get eligibility, otherwise if it depends on income and category then it is a different thing.
