We have enough time for the exam and at current point of view everything is uncertain and we can not exactly say that the exam will definitely conducted or not in July. The government has to provide the exam dates because if it will not provide any date exam will get delayed and it is to keep you on track so that you keep studying

Now your responsibility is to study for the exam and don't think about other things that how it will be conducted and how the other things will be arranged. Government definitely find out the solution and every necessary requirements. If conditions will be under control in coming days some relaxation may be provided and you can easily give exam but if there will be any Criticality the exams date can be delayed .

So everything via uncertain right now, you should only focus on study.

Till now there is no such Information of running the trains from our Transport and Railways Ministry. Even Ministry of Aviation has not confirmed about the flights.

So, just wait and watch as there are various things going out there are each and everything is interrelated with each other.
