Using of specs will not affect the medical fitness unless its not upto the standards kept by them.For example the Myopia and hypermetropia condtions should not exceed +3.5 or -3.5 respectively. Apart from this only extreme conditions might be problematic and if you have any health issues its advisable to get fitness test done before hand to avoid disappointments later on.

No, they do not reject candidates wearing spectacles. 

There may be a problem if your power exceeds -3.5.
