Yes, you can. MBBS is one degree which gets you to be known as doctor . You can be an Ayurvedic doctor by studying courses like (BAMS BHMS BUMS etc) or  a dental doctor (BDS)  or a veterinary doctor (BVSC &AH). After completing the bachelor courses, you can go for a Masters degree to get into specialization and improve your career further.

No, you can not become a certified doctor without completing M.B.B.S. However, a few fields such as psychology and dental sciences are open to non-M.B.B.S degree holders. M.B.B.S is as compulsory to a doctor as a B.Tech is to any engineer. If you want o be a therapist, then case is different but a doctor has to get an M.B.B.S degree.

No, you can't. It's a bachelor's degree and you need to attend it as it will give you a base to become a doctor.
