No no there is no facility for correction window available in UG Neet Maharashtra state counselling. The registration for the same has been extended but the the merit list will would be released soon so there is no time on between. Now since you have uploaded the wrong medical certificate you need to contact the authorities for clarification regarding the same. Also to avoid any type of problems while verification you should carry an affidavit claiming that wrong medical certificate was uploaded by the virtue of a mistake and you have all the required documents.
