Do we get seat in reap upward movement before the seat we got or after the seat we got in second round ?

Hey Abhi! The candidate shall be Eligible for Upward-movement/Upgradation if he/she has participated in the first round of Counseling and has reported to the College/Institute allotted to him/her in first counseling. Such a Candidate is required to give his/her consent for participation in upward movement (online) by login 

On the website: www.rtu.ac.in/admissions/reap.

In this the candidate is only eligible for the colleges placed above the alloted college.
