Yup, You have to register. The registration process will start after Neet. Keep in Touch with Bcece Official Site. They Will Accept Only nd Only marks thorough Neet. But Registration Separately.

You can get college upto 480 marks if u r Gen, But in 2nd round counselling.500 marks is safe for 1st round counselling (GEN).
