No, not at all. If you have registered yourself for first round of NEET Counselling then there is no need to fill and lock your choices again in second round but yes if you wish to change your choices then you can go for it. It is known that NEET state quota counselling for Maharashtra is done by Directorate of Medical Education and Research (DMER), Mumbai and the result for first round of counselling has released on November 16th.
