Yes U have to deposit 40000 When the seat alloted then u r able to continue 2 and 3 round. Agar apko college mill gaya hai to 40k jmma krne hi pdenge agar nahi kie to apka name hi ipu se hata dia jaega or apki 2nd or 3rd cutoff bhi nahi ayegi and ipu ki ID bhi hata di jaegi.

During counselling, when you are allotted a college, you have to pay 40,000 for seat booking. If you have paid this amount after that you don't have to pay again and again, you can not participate in further counselling. However, you can participate in spot counselling. The spot counselling is very important and you must participate as there are pretty much chances that you can get a better college or stream.
