Hello Alok !

Yes, you have to pay fees for neet counselling.

For 15% AIQ/ Central Universities/AFMS and ESI, Non Refundable Registration Fee is Rs. 1000 for UR candidates and rs. 500 for SC/ST/OBC/PH candidates.

The refundable security amount is Rs. 10,000 for UR candidates and Rs. 5,000 for SC/ST/OBC/PH candidates.

All the best !
