You are supposed to pay the amount of 50,000 Rs only once at the time you participate in the counselling. For example if you pay the amount in the period specified for the 1st round of counselling, if your names comes in the first indicative merit list, then you do not have to pay again at the time of the 2nd round.

Only the students who have been freshly added to the second indicative merit list have to pay the amount and not the ones who have already paid in the first  round.
