 I've understood your query and I'm here to help you. Firstly it depends on the college. Some colleges provide installments where you can pay in 2 installments and some offer three. Whereas, in some colleges you will have to pay the entire fee at once. But mostly, all the colleges in India offer at least two installments to reduce burden for parents .
