Coming to your question I would like to tell you that you have to register yourself in nad and just see whether your college is participating or not , to get register on the nad do the steps 

Just go to the nad portal and selecteother of the two depositories and select register as a student , you can use your Aadhar to register on the NAD just enter your Aadhar no then the system will generate OTP which will be sended on your registered mobile number enter that after that you will be registered as a student .

It'll be very helpful if you can provide me with your college name as there are majority of colleges that register their students in NAD but still some colleges don't do that. So, without knowing the name of the college I'll be of no help. Thus, i suggest you to comment down the name of your college.
