Hello Aspirant,

EAMCET is a state level entrance exam conducted to get admissions in engineering and medical colleges.

If you get seat in any college in 1st counselling then report in the college so that your seat will be yours and if you get a better college or branch in the 2nd counselling then you can have a chance to opt any of the two. If you don't report in the college your seat in the 1st counselling will be noted as vacant.

After acquiring a seat in any college in the first round of counseling session, if you apply for the second round, it simply means that you don't want to take admission in the college alloted to you. Under such cases, your admission in the previous college is lost.
