If you are leaving bams after 1 year ,you don't need to pay any amount if you are leaving, but you loose your degree , and  wasted your 1 year because college will not give you anything ,anymarksheet or any documents, if you are leaving the college in the mid of coarse..
I think leaving the coarse in the mid without any valid reason is a very bad decision..
I think, if you want to do, don't quit in the mid..
