Hello,

More than one lakhs students appear for the NEET in that few students get the admission for MBBS or BDS. If you are  going drop out, then its loss for the students who want the seat for BDS as well as the college. They can not give admission to other students as the counselling is over. Yes, you have  to pay a full term fee  even if you are studying in private or government college. Certain  university  or colleges have a penalty fee for dropping out for e.g  in west bengal the students who are going to drop out should pay one lakh penalty fee to get the non-objection certificate from the respective medical college.
