Hello student,

For full fee concession or category scholarships income certificate has to provided.
During Engineering we have to fill the admission form , scholarship forms and pay fees every year that is yearly. So every year new income certificate has to be provided to avail the scholarship or full fee concession. Every year current income certificate has to generated till you finish your graduation.
