No , chemistry is not compulsory, math and physics is compulsory. And you have to add any one subject with is two like Biology/Chemistry/Bio-Technology/ Electronics/Computer Science with a language subject English.
Read the KCET 2021 Syllabus fast .
Start your preparation. Go for previous years question.
Work hard .
