You had not mentioned your domicile state. Whatever with the score and obc category it's quite difficult to get any government MBBS college. There e are several private medical colleges in all over India. But it would not be a good choice. Better you start preparing for next year. For better score and rank study NCERT textbooks thoroughly at first. Then appear for several mock tests that are conducted by different coaching institutes, it's very much important for practicing and for time management as well.

Don't be sad, I it's ok if you are not getting college in first round counselling..
But you will get the college in 2nd and 3rd round counseling hopefully..
And you are belonging fromobc category.. Son you don't need to worry..
You will ge the college but their no chance of government college..
Only you will get the private college..
Wait for the next counselling results..
Hopefully you will get good private Medicalcollege
