The list of documents to be sent along with AMU MBBS BDS 2017 application form:

• Self-attested copy (both sides) of High School/Secondary School Certificate in support of Date of Birth

• Self-attested copy (both sides) of Mark sheets of qualifying examination

• Reservation category certificate

• Bank challan or demand draft (if fees paid via these methods)
