Migration Certificate

Domicile Certificate

Medical Fitness Certificate

Category certificate (if applicable)

Atleast 10 recent passport size photos

2. Result or Rank card of NEET exam

3. Birth Certificate

4. Aadhar Card

5. 10th class Marksheet

6. 12th standard certificate

7. Passport size photos carry atleast 8

8. Provisional allotment letter

9. Category certificate in case applicable and also,

10. PWD certificate if applicable.
