Documents to be produced-

the following original documents and one set of attested photocopies have to be produced in the verification counter for document verification.

SSLC/10th standard marks

2nd PUC/12th standard marks card of the candidate 

candidates study cer 

final print out of online application form

original copyof chalan for having paid the fees

NEET 2017 admission ticket

study certificate counter signed by the concerned BEO/DDPI

two recent passport size photogrraphs 

if claiming rural quota:rural study certificate from 1st to 10th standard for ten complete years

if claiming kannada medium quota:kannada medium study certificate from1st to 10th std for ten complete years

if claiming reservation benifits:caste/caste income certificate issued by concerned tahsildar-for SC/ST in form-D,category-q in form E and 2A,2B,3A and 3B in form F.

Aadhar Car

PAN card if  you have 

Rank card
