Birth certificate ( if metric Certificate does not bear the same)

Passport Size Photograph (2)

Domicile certificate

ID Proof

Attested Scanned copy of class 10th Marks sheet & Certificate

Attested Scanned copy of class 12 Marks Sheet and certificate

PWD/SC/ST certificate ( only for Candidates belonging to these category)

OBC- NCL( Non Creamy Layer) certificate- if applicable
