Hello applicant,

All the documents which you had during admission process ,all you need to carry with you.

  • Admit card
  • 10 and 12 passing certificate
  • 10 and 12 marksheet
  • Caste certificate 
  • Domicile certificate
  • Passport size photograph
  • Birth certificate
  • Neet councelling letter
  • Provisional allotment letter
  • Neet scorecard
  • ID proof like adhar ,pan card etc.

All of these are required.

Hello aspirant,

List of Documents Required for NEET-UG:-


  • The candidate has to bring their original documents (along with attested photocopies of certificates) for admission in MBBS BDS course.
  • Call Letter/ Hall Ticket/ Admit Cards of NEET-UG  exam provided by CBSE.
  • Result/ Rank letter issued by CBSE.
  • Date of Birth Certificate (if Metric Certificate does not bear the same)
  • Class 10thCertificate (for date of birth)
  • Class 10+2 Certificate
  • Class 10+2 Marks Sheet
  • Eight (8) Passport size photograph same as affixed on the application form.
  • Provisional allotment letter generated on-line.
