For INDIAN military academy and reception, you will need the following documents -

1. Proof of Identity (Issued by Government Authorities, ie, Voter Card, ration card, Aadhar Card, Driving License, Passport, PAN Card etc) anything will do it for you.
2. Nationality proof - Domicile certificate, birth certificate, etc.
3. Original Matric or equivalent certificate to support date of birth.
4. SSC 10th marks sheet.
