Hii Kritika,

Hope you are doing good.

In India, HSC/Intermediate is known as 12th class (also known as +2) exam which is conducted at the state level by the state boards of education like (Maharashtra board, MP board, West Bengal board, Bihar board & many other state boards) and at the national level by the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) and ICSE, ICS.

12th certificate is issued to state that you have successfully passed 12th boards with respect to the particular board grading system.

It doesn't need to be signed by anyone or any authority before submitting it to a medical college as dropper or even if not a dropper.

I hope I'm clear to you.

BEST wishes for future endeavours.
