No it's not. 45% is needed for admission.

Hello,
No.Candidates must pass the class 12th board exam with minimum 45% (for general candidate) and 40 % (for SC/ST candidate) with UP board or any other recognised board.So try to get more than 45% and practice questions for UPSEE exam.
