It does not matter from which college you graduate from degree point of view.I am assuming you are talking about DU off campus colleges.Actually if the course interests you then it doesn't matter from which college you study infact more students are now joining off campus colleges because of their good infrastructure, faculty and specialization in courses.In terms of placements it can affect as most companies visit main campuses first then off campus college till then vacancies are filled up.
