Hello Deepak,

The UG course provided in AIIMS are as follows:-

MBBS
B.Sc. (Hons)
B.Sc. (Post Basic)
B.Sc. (Hons) in Medical Technology in Radiography
Bachelor of Optometry

BDS course is not provided by AIIMS.
