The University of Allahabad does not offer a Degree in BA Economics(Hons). It just offer the degree of Ba which is of three Year while in ( Hons) it is of 4 year course. Honors degree requires one year specialization in one unique subject .

So generally University of Allahabad offer just the degree of Ba not Ba Economics(Hons). Hope you understand well
